Configures the Breswa Van Delivery method only.
Breswa depot pickup uses Shopify native Local Pickup
(configured in Shopify admin). Small-parcel carriers
(NZ Post, Aramex, TGE Parcels) and freight forwarders
(Mainfreight, TGE FF) are set up via their respective
Shopify carrier apps. Cart-level weight/volume capacity
limits are enforced via Shopify Shipping Profiles, not
here. Exports from this editor feed a shipping-rules app
such as Parcelify.

Parcelify CSV = one row per rule, keyed by postcode + city.
Subdivided postcodes emit per-suburb override rows plus a wildcard
(city=*) fallback row. Localities left on
"Inherit" aren't emitted — they're covered by the wildcard.
Verify column header names against the current Parcelify
import spec before uploading — the app's CSV schema has changed
in past versions. Rename headers below if needed.
This CSV covers only the Breswa Van method. Depot pickup,
small-parcel carriers, and freight forwarders are configured
separately elsewhere.
